7 Mobile Games for Halloween

As a rule, mobile games are great for on the go. You can get a level in while on the bus, or waiting in line at the bank. On this list, you may find some exceptions to that rule. Games that are better suited for hiding under a blanket in your bedroom with all of the doors and windows locked, hoping that no one knocks on the door.

A side-scrolling action puzzle game, from SFB Games, where you get to be the ghost.

Knock Knock

From Moscow-based Ice-Pick Lodge, play hide and seek with some unusual guests.

As a hermit living alone deep in the forest, you are visited over the course of the night, by some strange characters who will challenge your sanity. Batten down the hatches and hide from these visitors. Stay awake and sane until morning to win.

The Spookening

A scare em up game from Swedish developer, Modesty.

Each night, you die and become a ghost. Protect yourself from other spirits and collect enough “soular power” to be resurrected.

As spirits rise from fallen leaves, it’s your job to guide them home. You cannot control them, only their surroundings.

Surround the zombies before they outnumber the survivors. This game has a much deeper, and somewhat stranger narrative than you’d expect. Complete with wizards and zombie apes.
